Project Overview

OptiBoom is a Digital Marketing and SEO Agency WordPress theme designed and developed for SEO agencies, digital marketing companies, creative agencies, and other online-focused businesses. I led the development of the complete WordPress project and prepared it for commercial release on ThemeForest.

The project was developed as a complete, production-ready WordPress theme with Elementor and Bootstrap 5 at its core. I worked on the theme architecture, custom Elementor widgets, layouts, responsive behavior, theme options, and overall WordPress integration. The final product includes 3 homepage variations, 35+ custom Elementor widgets, multiple header and footer variations, one-click demo import, and extensive customization options.

I also coordinated the work of one assistant who worked under my direction during the project. I handled the primary development, integration, final implementation, testing, and preparation of the theme for submission.

The completed theme was submitted to ThemeForest and received direct approval on the first submission, without requiring a resubmission cycle.

Challenge

The main challenge was developing a complete commercial WordPress theme that could provide enough flexibility for different digital marketing and SEO businesses while maintaining a consistent and polished visual experience.

A major part of the development involved creating a reusable Elementor widget system rather than building every section as isolated page-specific markup. Each widget needed to provide enough customization options while remaining consistent with the overall design system and responsive across different screen sizes.

Since the project was also prepared for ThemeForest, the development required careful attention to code structure, compatibility, responsiveness, documentation, demo content, and the overall quality of the final package. Coordinating an additional developer while maintaining consistency across the codebase was another part of the process.

Results

The final product includes 3 homepage layouts, 35+ custom Elementor widgets, 4 header variations, 3 footer variations, one-click demo import, Kirki Customizer support, responsive layouts, and other features designed to make the theme easy to customize.

The project was submitted to ThemeForest after completing the full development and preparation process and was approved directly on the first submission. This made OptiBoom a strong example of my ability to take a WordPress theme from development through marketplace submission and successfully meet the required quality standards.

The project also strengthened my experience in leading development work, coordinating a small team, building reusable Elementor systems, and delivering a complete commercial WordPress product.
