Project Overview

Adon is a creative agency and portfolio WordPress theme designed and developed from the ground up with a strong focus on modern visual design, smooth interactions, and flexible content presentation. I planned and developed the theme as a complete WordPress product rather than simply creating a visual concept.

The project took approximately 4–5 months of continuous design, development, testing, refinement, and optimization. Throughout the process, I worked on both the visual experience and the technical foundation to make the theme flexible enough for creative agencies, digital studios, startups, freelancers, and personal portfolios. 

The goal was to create a theme that feels modern and visually engaging while keeping the underlying structure clean, reusable, and easy to customize.

Challenge

Building Adon as a complete commercial WordPress theme required more than creating attractive page designs. The biggest challenge was finding the right balance between a strong visual identity and a flexible technical structure that could work across different types of creative websites.

Since the theme was intended to be used by different users and businesses, every section needed to remain flexible without losing the original design quality. I also had to carefully consider responsive behavior, reusable components, animations, WordPress integration, and the overall consistency of the theme.

Another important part of the process was continuous refinement. Over the 4–5 month development period, I repeatedly reviewed the layouts, interactions, spacing, responsiveness, and code structure to make the final product more polished and reliable.
